Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not 100% satisfied with your BLOCK TV purchase, cancel anytime.
So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just follow our very easy cancellation process instructions.
To cancel your BLOCK TV Monthly Subscriptions simply send an email to Support@getblocktv.com. Be sure to place your account number in the subject line or Body of the email.
Block TV is a pay as you go service so there are no refunds unless canceled within 3 days of purchase. Upon cancellation you will have service through the remainder of your term. Service will be terminated at the end of this time.
If you purchased a prepaid 3, 6, or 12 month subscription you will follow the same cancellation instructions as above. You will have service up until your next payment. Service will be terminated at that time and you will be refunded the remaining full months on your account. Refunds for BLOCK TV Subscriptions will be processed within 72 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file.
Exchanges (if applicable)
All 3rd party devices are sold directly through Amazon. If you need to return or exchange it for the same item, visit www.amazon.com.
